PRE-DEPARTURE

A few things to remember as you prepare for your trip:

• Verify your passport is up to date
• Make color copies of your passport, leaving one behind
• Notify your bank and credit card companies of your travel dates and locations, setting up a “travel alert” on your account
• Purchase travel insurance, if desired
• Call you cellphone carrier and add an international plan, if desired
• Prepare multiple forms of currency (cash, cards, etc.)
• Check with your healthcare provider to find out if you are covered while abroad
• Airlines reserve the right to your change departure time up to 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled departure. Please be sure to check your flight details within 24 hours of your originally scheduled departure.
